Our office offers reasonable payment plans for each of our clients. Our payment structure is set up in two parts. First, the initial retainer is due at the time the file is opened. Second, the remaining fees are broken into convenient payments that work for you.

Each of our lawyers offer flat fee services that are explained upfront. We do not use per hour billing on any files, ensuring our clients are not faced with an unexpected bill down the road. Our flat fee services are based on the nature of your file, the time required for preparation, and the time required for trial or resolution. The fee is paid in installments.
